Vegan Indian Butter Chickpeas, Basmati rice, Green Beans
Butter chickpeas is one of our absolute favorite dishes to make! We toast delicious spices together in a bit of olive oil, then simmer them with crushed tomatoes until an incredibly beautiful sauce comes together! Aromatic, flavorful, but not too spicy this is an excellent way to introduce yourself to Indian food!
