Order by Sunday at midnight for delivery that week! New menus drop on Mondays.

Delivery days are dependent on location:
Toledo, Mansfield, Dayton-Wednesday
Columbus-area gyms-Thursday
Home delivery–available Thursday through Sunday

We offer five sizes:
Regular: 3 oz veggies, 3 oz starch, and 4 oz protein
Large: 4 oz veggies, 4 oz starch, 6 oz protein
Extra Large:  5 oz veggies, 5 oz starch, 8 oz protein
Starch free: 5 oz protein, 5 oz veggies

Meals are ready to heat and eat, and they come vacuum-sealed for freshness!
